This Free Digital Book Giveaway ("Giveaway") is offered by Tansley Express, operated by Tania Jacobs ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube.
1. Purpose of the Giveaway
The purpose of this Giveaway is to support organisations that serve children by providing free, learner-friendly digital educational resources. The Giveaway is intended for educational and charitable support only and is not a lottery, sweepstake, or commercial promotion.
2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open worldwide to:
- Registered NGOs, NPOs, non-profit organisations
- Schools, hospitals, shelters, and community organisations
- Organisations that support children's learning, literacy, emotional well-being, or development
Entries must be submitted by an authorised representative aged 18 or older acting on behalf of the organisation. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by local law.
3. How to Participate
To request free digital copies:
- Visit tansleyexpress.com
- Sign up for the Tansley Express email list
- Provide your organisation name, registration number, and contact details
No purchase, payment, or subscription fee is required. Engagement with YouTube content is not required and does not affect eligibility.
4. Entry Period
The Giveaway is available until further notice or while digital copies remain available. The Sponsor reserves the right to pause or discontinue the Giveaway at any time.
5. Selection & Distribution
All entries will be reviewed to confirm eligibility. Eligible organisations will receive free digital copies (PDF format) of selected Tansley Express educational books, delivered via email. There is no cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the digital materials.
6. Prize Value
The digital books are provided free of charge. This Giveaway is intended solely as educational support.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Information collected is used only to verify organisational eligibility, deliver the digital books, and maintain internal records. Personal and organisational data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, will be stored securely, and retained only as long as necessary.
