Refund & Returns Policy — Tansley Express

To request a return or cancellation, please visit your order history at https://account.tansleyexpress.com — you can submit a request directly from there. Alternatively, contact us at 2binspiredbyyou@gmail.com.

Please read this policy carefully as it applies specifically to digital products (e-books, activity books, journals, trackers, and downloadable files).

All Sales Are Digital. All products sold at Tansley Express are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital product via a download link. As all products are digital, no shipping costs are charged or refunded.

All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. However, by completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive 2023/2673).

If you have NOT yet downloaded or accessed the file, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting a request at https://account.tansleyexpress.com or by contacting us at 2binspiredbyyou@gmail.com before downloading. Any goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving confirmation of return, to your original payment method.

South African Customers In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), digital goods that have been delivered and accessed are not eligible for a refund.

We Will Assist If:

  • Your download link is broken or was not delivered
  • The file is corrupted or incorrect
  • You have not yet downloaded the file and wish to cancel

Please get in touch within 7 days of purchase at 2binspiredbyyou@gmail.com and we will replace the file or issue a refund where applicable.

Refund Processing. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
